Hello, I'm Cilicia SHE-E-O and founder of The Fashion Dispen5ary, I'm a 32 year old mother of five beautiful children, I guess that explains the meaning behind the #5 in our name. We have been in the Boutique business since June of 2019 which we started under Hi 5 Fashion Boutique, as our business continued to grow we also decided that our name should grow as well, in 2021 we rebranded and The Fashion Dispen5ary was born. As the owner of this business my goal is to value every customer, and I never want our customers to feel as if they're just that a customer, I want everyone we come encounter with to feel like family. And our objective is to Deispen5e, so you all can Serve, and give exactly what its supposed to be giving.
